UltiMat is a student-run association that works to promote sustainable food production, distribution, and consumption. Through UltiMat, members can order organic food from producers in and around Uppsala. The cooperative is run by its members, but a board holds the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the association’s goals are met and that operations run smoothly.
