ULLA is the women’s choir of Ultuna Student Union. ULLA rehearses on Thursdays at 17:30 in the loft together with Ultunae Drängar and usually ends the rehearsal by heading down to the Union for a choir beer and some food. Throughout the year, ULLA performs at various Union events, mainly dinners ("sittings"), ceremonies, Lucia, and Valborg, but also at other occasions such as the NKF (Nation Choir Festival) and the Women’s Day concert. Of course, we finish each term with our own small singer’s sitting where songbooks and song binders are in full use.
New members are offered three free rehearsals to try it out, and no prior experience is required. Whether you are an experienced singer or a beginner, there is always a place for you in our choir. Come and become part of our ULLA family!
