The Rural Development Council (Landsbygdsutvecklingsrådet) is one of the Union’s study councils. The committee’s main task is academic representation, but it also organizes fun and meaningful activities for students in rural development programs, such as panel discussions, alumni evenings, and informal coffee meetups.
Academic representation is carried out partly through reviewing all course evaluations, which are then followed up with course coordinators, with the goal of improving and developing the courses you take. The council also discusses the programs in program committees and maintains ongoing contact with program directors.
