The Forest Council (Skogsrådet) is the committee for you as a forestry student! Our main task is to monitor forestry-related courses and the forestry Bachelor’s and Master’s programs at Ultuna. We primarily do this by compiling course evaluations and participating in various education-related meetings, where we represent the students’ voice. An important part of our work is collaborating with other student unions at SLU that represent forestry students, for example by helping organize the Forest Student Summit. We also arrange various social and academic activities such as forestry lunches, pub events, and study visits.
