Weddings, parties, and anniversaries in the Union House<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Union House is part of the historic old section of Ultuna and, before the renovation, was one of SLU\u2019s stable buildings for research activities, traces of which can still be seen today. The venue can accommodate up to 130 seated guests and is the perfect option for those who want to create their own concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food and drinks<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The venue has a liquor license and is allowed to serve alcohol every day from 11:00 to 02:00. We offer a wide range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at very favorable prices. Due to the liquor license, bringing your own alcoholic beverages into the venue is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You order catering yourself, but we can help with recommendations. The venue has a prep kitchen, which is included in the basic rental fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staff Pricing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

License holder: 350 SEK\/hour<\/strong>

Serving staff: 220 SEK\/hour<\/strong>
The number of staff depends on the setup and number of guests.
Prep and cleaning + hourly wage<\/strong>
If you wish for prep and cleaning by the staff according to agreement, an hourly wage applies.
DJ: 220 SEK\/hour<\/strong>
Want to make the party more fun with great music? We have students from our music committee that you can hire as DJs. They know our system best and can tailor the music to your preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices - External Rental<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Base Rental: 17,000 SEK<\/strong>
Includes tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, and glasses. Full access to the venue for a whole day, except for meeting rooms, office areas, and locked spaces, unless otherwise agreed with the Union House Master
Access to the venue the day before 1,800 SEK<\/strong>
Access to the upper floor: the cost covers access to the venue between 9:00 and 16:00. Any time beyond this will be charged at an hourly rate. This option can be chosen, for example, for table setup.
Consumables: as agreed<\/strong>
Choose this if you want to use our tablecloths, napkins, and any decorations. If you want us to set up the tables for you, it will be charged at an hourly rate.
Sound, lighting & technical equipment: 2,500 SEK<\/strong>
Choose this if you want to end the evening with a party, for example! Includes access to microphone, speakers, mixer, lighting console, and computer. You can hire a DJ through us or provide your own staff.
Only technical equipment & simpler music: 1,800 SEK<\/strong>
This option is for when you only need a microphone, speakers and some background music played via a computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
